This blog is an observation of childhood development and all of the sweet moments that come along with it. I am spending time every week at a childrens care center for troubled youth. I will be blogging on specific observations I make during this time and the importance of specific ways to deal with situations that come up. How to raise children, how certain things effect them. Ect.
That was a pretty cool experiment, I had never heard of it. I think its very informative on how to raise kids, most parents now a days just cannot say now after awhile because its just easier to deal with happiness than crying...
ReplyDeleteThat was a cool experiment, I hadn't seen it before. The doctor was exactly right, though, it is getting harder and harder to stay firm with your children and say "No." Our son is only 17 months, but he's already learning to push the limits and try to get what he wants by throwing fits. It is hard sometimes to be consistent because you get tired of the fight and just want to give in, but this study makes me think it will be worth it. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis is actually very cool. I didn't care to learn much about disaplinary action on children before but after this video, I've been going over a lot of the studies that are happening in child behavior.
